A stay checking out March 1 can use the 3-bedroom configuration. A stay crossing the expansion date needs review; the accommodation does not change automatically mid-stay.

Accommodation: 100% refund at least 30 days before check-in; 50% from 15 to fewer than 30 days; no accommodation refund under 15 days. The $180 cleaning fee is fully refundable when cancelled before arrival. Tax adjustments are calculated separately after verification.

Cutoffs use the property’s local check-in time in America/Los_Angeles. Your accepted booking terms determine your exact cutoffs.

Casa Pacifica is in Mira Mesa, San Diego. The map shows the neighborhood only; the exact address is shared with confirmed guests. Listed check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM, in the property’s local time.
